Hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina, Red Stone Revival is a modern day take on vintage sounds that transport listeners back to simpler musical times when lyrics and story-telling were the forefront of the musical experience.  In 2015, frontman Justin Wyatt, co-wrote three top 5, as well as two top 10 songs on the Iceman's Independent Country Music Charts. The song “Whiskey Excuse” remained in the top 5 for 13 consecutive weeks. The album and subsequent live performances also projected Wyatt’s former band to 2 consecutive Queen City Country band of the year awards (2015/16).

RSR released the first of 2 upcoming EP’s in October of 2019 and is hitting the road in support of this and the soon to be released follow up EP due in 2021.

RSR’s influences range from Waylon Jennings and Lynyrd Skynyrd to modern day acts such as Blackberry Smoke, Chris Stapleton, Tyler Childers and Jason Isbell.  A RSR live show weaves well-crafted original material in between standards from The Beatles, Tom Petty, Johnny Cash, The Allman Brothers, The Rolling Stones and many more.  The original songs are focused on everyday life; the struggles, the wins and all emotions in between. RSR songs are crafted to be relatable and backdrops of real-world situations and characters. “We always strive to write songs for the folks who come home with dirt under their nails or a head heavy with stress” says the band.  The songs are stories and situations that modern radio has drifted away from in recent years...they are real-life
